THE Guyana Police Force (GPF) is seeking the assistance of the public to locate the relatives of 59-year-old Deroop (only name given) of Ruimzeight, West Coast Demerara (WCD), whose body is at the Fort Wellington Hospital mortuary.

According to reports from the police, Deroop, who is of East Indian descent, was reportedly taken to the said hospital by an unknown female on October 5, 2017.
He was reportedly complaining of chest pains, having a cold and an abscess on the head. Deroop was admitted to the hospital but died on October 16, 2017.
