SIXTEEN-year-old Michael Bhopaul of Queen’s College (QC) is this year’s top Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) student.
Bhopaul secured 24 grade ones and 1 grade two, while another student of QC, Rawleeta Barrow secured 19 grade ones to cop the second spot.
Their colleague Roshawn Cummings attainted 16 grade ones to round off the top three performers in the country.
