STEPHEN Warding, of Lot 14 Lombard Street, charged with using threatening language, was granted bail, as well, by Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday. It is alleged that the tinsmith, on Saturday, January 29, at Waterloo Street, also in Georgetown, threatened Michael Cummings.
Police Corporal Venetta Pindar, prosecuting, said the offence was committed when Warding and Cummings had an altercation.
The defendant was granted $25,000 bail and the case has been transferred to another Court for March 31.
