THE case will be called in the High Court, on November 1, in which Agatha Lewis is claiming that Desiree Pile trespassed on her Friendship, East Coast Demerara property.
In the summons filed yesterday, by Senior Counsel Bernard De Santos, he is alleging that Pile, of Lot 49 Company Road, Friendship, is a trespasser.
Lewis said she is the owner of the house on Parcel 341 also known as Lot 49 Company Road and Pile is in unlawful occupation of it, while having no right or title of interest in it.
The plaintiff said she sent a pre-paid registered notice to the defendant on June 28 last, requesting her to vacate the place on or before August 1 but the latter refused or neglected to remove.
Lewis is now seeking an order of possession, requiring Pile to quit and deliver possession to her.
