IN reference to Hamilton Green’s letter captioned “There should be a truth commission”, dated October 6, 2010 I wish to state that I admire such a call. But I do find such a call coming from a person who played an integral role in Guyana’s downward spiral during the rule of the PNC administration to be very ironic.
Hence, readers will understand my disgust with Green’s call. Hammie should be the last person to call for a truth commission owing to the fact that he lied to himself about his so called “moral and spiritual revival” and now wants a truth commission so that he may lie to the rest of us.
Hamilton Green shouldn’t wait for a truth commission to come clean.  I would like to know what has happened to all the taxpayers’ dollars that went missing during the PNC rule, the hundreds of high powered weapons removed by the PNC from the GDF etc.
