Unwilling to be obedient to the traffic lights at the corner of Duncan Street and Mandela Avenue in the City, about eight minibuses had to face the music with police officers yesterday. The minibuses, which were all reportedly carrying too many passengers, dodged the lights and were caught by the officers on Stone Avenue, which is outside of their prescribed route.
