Heavy rainfall Sunday and yesterday has resulted in severe flooding in South and Central Trinidad.
The areas most affected are Princes Town, Claxton Bay, Gasparillo and Oropouche. The Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management has mobilised officers of both the Regiment and Fire Service in an attempt to provide relief to affected citizens.
