Off to India
ON January 9, 1966, Trade and Industry Minister Rudy Kendall headed a five-man team to study the industrialisation of India. Mr Kendall and other members, namely Mr Gavin Kennard, General Manager IDA, businessman Edward Beharry, Mr Alston Kissoon and Mr Kayman Sankar flew out to the Indian sub-continent.
