I HAVE SEEN a letter recently written by a person claiming to be a son of Christopher Ram, suggesting that luxury vehicles and property owned by their family in Florida were purchased from his (the son’s) earnings and not from any allegedly ill-gotten or other earnings of his father.
I am sending a copy of his letter to both the US Internal Revenue Service and the Guyana Revenue Authority, as it is likely to be of interest to those agencies, as they assess the tax liabilities of the son and the father in the USA and in Guyana.
