No representation from attorney

MY matter of concern is on the topic of an attorney’s malpractice, abuse, disrespectfulness and their way of promoting crime in a country struggling to fight same.

I appointed one of 1 Croal Street, Georgetown, for the proceeding of a divorce July 2006 of which he was paid in full along with money to answer to letter from the USA.

This meeting and appointment paid for was literally ignored by the attorney and the case was called and dismissed and the attorney knew nothing. He then promised he will have this matter rectified by September of 2008 and this also was not met. I then made a complaint and asked to have my money repaid to date this is still being discussed in ‘Parliament.’

Also this is the second case of attorney abuse I am being made to suffer. The first one involved the requirement of the court for the purpose of sale. This almost caused murder.

This situation should be brought to a halt. Attorneys who are found guilty should be made to pay back fees, cost of the court and a fine for their non-professionalism. I personally need my money back from a man pertaining to be what he is not. That is plain theft.
