Apart from that, my main reason for writing this letter is his high level of commitment and work ethics. He appears to be one who is particularly careful about what he does. I attended all the sessions at City Hall. He was meticulous in the way he handled the officers and members of the public.

In fact, I had a bad experience with the council, but the way in which he dealt with the matter gave me great satisfaction. I must thank Mr. Burrowes for assisting me. I wish that other officials would follow his example and serve members instead of using their authority to push people around.
