– man arrested, charges to be laid shortly
The Guyana Police Force reported that, at about 21:30 hrs Monday night, police ranks conducted a search on a house at Tabatinga, Lethem, during which 9 kilograms 550 grams of cannabis sativa (marijuana) were found.
The man has been arrested and charges will be made shortly.
