DURING its statutory meeting on Tuesday, Cabinet gave its approval for the appointment of a non-resident ambassador for the Kingdom of the Netherlands.His Excellency, Ernst Albert Noorman will be the non-resident Ambassador for the Republic of Guyana for the Kingdom of the Netherlands and will be resident in Paramaribo, Suriname.
