THE police have reported that at about 10:45 hrs on Thursday, September 18, 2014, ranks conducted a search on a house at Frenchman, Mabura, and unearthed an unlicensed 12-gauge shotgun with three cartridges.

Two men have been arrested and are in police custody assisting with investigations into this find.

And in a separate incident that occurred on the same day at about 15:15 hrs, ranks of a mobile patrol conducted a search on a man at Frenchman Road, Mabura, and found in his possession 460 grammes of cannabis sativa (marijuana).

The man was arrested and is in police custody assisting with that investigation.
