He had motive; he had opportunity

WHEN Azruddin Mohamed circled around Prem Narine’s residence that fateful night, he clearly had a motive and went about taking advantage of that opportunity. Like the Venezuelan – not knowing a word of English – who could come here to plant a bomb at a gasoline station, that man came here to kill, he too had a motive and the prime opportunity of a gasoline station, wherewith he can create maximum damage. Therefore, from my layman’s legal opinion that Mr Narine should file charges of attempted murder!
I have laid out for you the foundation for this case, so let us now process the information as it unfolds;
1.Mohamed was seen encircling Prem Narine’s residence in a heavily tinted black car in the dead of night. Now, three things stand out here; a heavily tinted black vehicle which symbolizes one trying to evade detection thus turning the vehicle and occupants into a faceless unpredictable force. This is precisely the point, what took place afterwards was a sharp exchange of gunfire from that very same vehicle, to which the occupant of the targeted residence, returned fire.
2. Azruddin’s explanation for his actions that fateful night is a concoction of sorts, he asserts that he received a call from a parent who stated that a metal gate has fallen on her child at the Rama Krishna School, and as a “concerned opposition leader” he went about investigating the matter. This is the lamest excuse I have heard in a long time, I am talking about Azruddin’s justification for being in that area. Question: Is the address of the Rama Krishna School that of Prem Narine or greater still, where is the Rama Krishna School? Why go to investigate a matter that took place during the day in the dead of night? Further, why was he in possession of a firearm? As a sanctioned individual, Azruddin Mohamed is not permitted to carry a firearm. Make no mistake sir, the observant Guyanese People are not stupid, everyday people are paying close attention to what is happening and cannot be easily fooled, deceived, or manipulated by your shenanigans. Azruddin Mohamed must realize that he has to come clean in his answers when the time comes.
3. The court matter has been put before Magistrate Faith McGusty, the very same magistrate that is in a five year never ending Election Fraud case trial, is this a coincidence or another ploy to create a convenient delay in his extradition? I am of the firm belief that this is the strategy of The Mohameds, even if one were blind he can smell it, or even if you were born with half a brain you could figure it out; money certainly have power, as the circus continues.
My question to the government is, what are your plans for Mr Narine’s protection? It is imperative that government provide top witness-protection for this key witness. For the immediate future all those who are associated with the extradition case be given top security.
It is very clear that Azruddin Mohamed is on a campaign of terror and intimidation, and as a so-called true Muslim, he believes in jihad, that is, to silence all those he perceives as his enemies. He is not going to allow the legal process to take its course and anything that will thwart the process, he would employ. Towards this end, the state needs to be on high alert. I rest my case.
