SENIOR Minister with Responsibility for Finance, Dr. Ashni Singh, is representing Guyana at the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) in Bangkok, Thailand.
The premier global forum brings together finance ministers, central bankers and development partners from around the world to address global economic growth, financial stability and poverty reduction.
Throughout the week, the Guyanese delegation is participating in a series of bilateral and regional meetings aimed at building stronger international partnerships and securing support for Guyana’s rapid development.
The delegation is joined by Ms. Navita Anganu-Ramroop, Guyana’s representative in the office of the Caribbean Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
