MANY years ago, as I sat in a yard with two brethren in King Edward Street, a marijuana cigarette was passed around. I coughed even before it came to me, so I rejected it. They taunted me because they were two converted brethren. They taunted me for hanging with too much “bald head”; they expanded that I was hanging with too much “semi-bourgeois”. I laughed, and my buddies smiled, ignored me, and continued with their prophetic acceptances. That was a strange time in GT, but who would look into the future and predict worse, in an unenvisioned, unthinkable growing arena of a hard-times scenario, entrapped and requiring mystic interpretations, when all was obvious?

This was a flaw of interpretation and a lack of research, but it was not the first time perceptions became entangled, and humans lost their gravity, ripping out their vision of what is. It is a common but terrible flaw because, as we have all observed, a cost must be paid, and it is always the most innocent who suffer the injuries for too long when too many ignore the consequences of the errors referred to.
Even in the face of impossibilities about to intensify and arrive at the blame-it-on…
