THE Courts Optical Pee-Wee football competition continues with Round 2 today at the Ministry of Education Ground on Carifesta Avenue.
The second round today will see 13 clashes over the course of the day.
The day’s action will begin at 12:00 hrs, with St. John’s facing St. Pius, while Tucville will meet Potaro. Goed Fortuin will also take on Redeemer at the same time.
Three matches are scheduled for 13:00 hrs. F.E. Pollard will face St. Aloysius, Ann’s Grove will play Therese’s, and Colaaco will meet Queenstown.
At 14:00 hrs, St. Gabriel’s will come up against Soesdyke, Leonora will face Belladrum, and GIA 1 will take on St. Stephen’s.
The final three matches will begin at 15:00 hrs, with Marian Academy playing Stella Maris, West Primary facing GIA 2, and Genesis meeting Plaisance Orphanage.
The competition sponsored by Unicomier through their courts optical brand is played entirely at the Ministry of Education ground with 32 schools from Georgetown, Regions 10, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.
The 13th edition of the youth grassroots competition is set to conclude on October 24.
