THE North Georgetown Secondary School produced a marvellous 18-point victory over city rivals St. Joseph High School on Wednesday at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall as Youth Basketball Guyana continued action in the Georgetown leg of the Schools’ Basketball Conference. North Georgetown won the contest 30-12.

After the tip-off, North Georgetown Secondary put in the work to take an early lead; Lamount Hamer could take the credit as he starred in the first half with eight points, six rebounds and three steals.

St Joseph High’s Adoniah Langhorne led their scoring with seven points and three rebounds.

Tutorial High then defeated Christ Church Secondary 32-8.
