MORE than 50 members of the Great Diamond New Testament Church of God enjoyed a memorable and spiritually uplifting Easter weekend retreat at Natureโ€™s Tranquil Escape and Farm, located at Long Creek, Tigerbone Banakari, Soesdyke-Linden Highway, from Good Friday, April 3, to Easter Monday, April 6, 2026.

The visit brought together members of the church for a period of fellowship, reflection, rest and spiritual renewal during one of the most sacred periods on the Christian calendar. Among those present were Pastor Sahadeo and Senior Magistrate and Bishop Clive Nurse, whose presence added to the significance of the occasion.

Set in a peaceful natural environment, the retreat provided an ideal setting for worship, togetherness and meaningful interaction away from the demands of daily life. Throughout the stay, members were able to share in the true spirit of Easter while enjoying the calm and refreshing atmosphere of the location.

Despite periods of challenging weather, the gathering was regarded as a success, with those in attendance expressing appreciation for the warm hospitality and overall experience. The visit was described as both refreshing and fulfilling, offering an opportunity for members to bond, reflect and celebrate the Easter season in a tranquil setting.

Proprietor of Natureโ€™s Tranquil Escape and Farm, Mr Jairam Ramlakhan, expressed pleasure at having hosted the group and extended sincere appreciation to Pastor Sahadeo, Magistrate Clive Nurse, and the members of the Great Diamond New Testament Church of God for choosing the location for their Easter weekend retreat.

He noted that it was a privilege to accommodate the church group during the observance and expressed gratitude for the respect shown to the property throughout their stay. He also conveyed his satisfaction that the visitors were able to enjoy the hospitality, serenity and overall atmosphere of the venue.

The Easter weekend retreat stood as a meaningful occasion of faith, fellowship and renewal and further highlighted Natureโ€™s Tranquil Escape and Farm as a welcoming destination for peaceful gatherings and wholesome experiences.
