AS Guyana approaches the polls—a sacrosanct process that upholds our democracy by empowering citizens to elect the executive arm of government—it is imperative that both current and first-time voters make rational and informed choices.
Such decisions will determine whether our nation maintains its current fast-paced developmental trajectory toward sustained prosperity.
An objective evaluation of the track record of all candidates and political parties vying to govern reveals a clear reality: the People’s Progressive Party Civic (PPP/C), under the progressive and visionary leadership of Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, remains the most capable and reliable choice to lead Guyana into a future of continued growth, stability, and inclusivity.
Since assuming office, President Ali’s administration has demonstrated a progressivist leadership style that embraces innovation, inclusivity, and forward-thinking policies to meet the needs of a rapidly transforming society.
Under his stewardship, Guyana has recorded exponential economic growth that was made possible by the prudent management of oil and gas sector while stimulating growth in areas such as agriculture, manufacturing and tourism.
