Guyana, despite picking up three yellow cards was unable to turn the tide in offense.

Argentina had hat-tricks from Gaston Rodrigues and Juan Eleicegui with a double from Agustin Ceballos.

In the round robin phases, Guyana opened their campaign with a spirited 9-5 loss to Argentina before they went down in a tough encounter to USA 5-3.
