– President tells Golden Jaguars team at breakfast

PRESIDENT Dr. Irfaan Ali said that the government and people of Guyana will be building a wave of support for the Golden Jaguars Football Team.

The President hosted the members of the team, the technical staff and executives of the Guyana Football Federation to breakfast at State House earlier this week.

He told the gathering, “We will be building a new wave of energy and support around you.”

The Head of State said that the Government wanted to help develop the sport in Guyana and promised to work with the national side to enhance their abilities.

He highlighted support for training camps and pledged to make other resources available.
