OUTLIERS Zone Caribbean, an organisation that helps companies to boost their employee productivity with their financial wellness training programmes, on Tuesday, launched its fourth annual mega money management movement under the theme, ‘Men on F.I.R.E (Financial Independence Retire Early)’.
According to a press release, the initiative was created to help 1,000 self-empowered men who are business owners or senior executives, to design a 10-year financial independence exit strategy, so that they can gain a level of financial independence through income-producing assets that they can gift to their children as an inheritance by 2026.
This movement further aims to bring together partnerships with corporate Guyana to provide awareness through all mediums of communication, on the need for financial exit strategy planning for men, and practical workshops to equip then with the tools necessary to design their fitness, family and financial independence exit plan, the organisation said.
It added that this movement will address a key need in society for men to be self- empowered in taking ownership of their financial future and by extension their family’s wealth creation journey.
The first one-day workshop will be held on November 26, 2023, at the Regency Suite, Hadfield Street, Georgetown from 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours. Participants of this workshop will focus on assessing and creating plans in three core areas: fitness, family and finance.
According to the release, they will be shown how to design their 10-year financial exit strategy in order to achieve a greater level of financial freedom, time freedom, health freedom and family freedom.
For this session the target participants are self- empowered men who are business owners or senior executives generating $250,000-1 million monthly and are between the ages of 20-45 years.
The regular investment to attend this workshop is $29,999, while the early bird investment is $25,000 which expires on November 3 at midnight.
Outliers Zone Caribbean is the only F.I.R.E (financial independence retire early) training institute in the Caribbean.
They partner with companies to help up the level of their employees’ money management skills and plan a financial exit strategy through income producing asset so they can approach retirement with confidence and financial peace.
Their F.I.R.E money management and retirement planning programmes have helped employees with high-paying careers and business owners get out of the ‘rat race’ by utilising their skills to accumulate assets so they can retire early and give an inheritance to their children to jumpstart life, the release added.
