IMAGINE, I’m writing my last column for 2021? Over 300 days went by like a breeze. I started 2021 with the release of 365 Invaluable life Experiences compilation book. The plan was to release two other books before the year was over. I assisted a few persons to publish their books, which felt even better. One of the highlights for the past month was helping some others get ready for their launch in January 2022. These are participants from the virtual Writers’ Retreat founded by Claudia Vidal and myself.
Most of us reflect on the present year and creative visualisation on the plans for the coming year. I did not achieve all the things I had planned, but I will not beat myself up because I did reach some meaningful and significant milestones. One of the highlights is certainly my 50th birthday celebration and the Bread Basket Mission. I told God my desire is for my 50th to be memorable not only for me, but many others and for one bread to make a difference in many lives. My prayers were answered and the result was beyond my expectations.
Months later, I am still receiving messages about the value that month added and the lives that were transformed. Every week we receive heart-warming testimonials to what the bread is doing. Many wins and “To God be the Glory.”
I published the ‘Invaluable Life Experiences’ which is a guided journal to your best year. I have been reviewing and consuming the content because I need to be in alignment with my assignment for 2022 and beyond. People who used it said the everyday prompters assisted them to chart their courses effectively, as well as the tips on how to create your vision board. This journal accommodates your vision up to 2030.
You know how much I love sharing info that can add value to you, especially at this time of the year. The journal started with the scripture Jeremiah29:11 which set the tone.

Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person. These guiding principles sometimes dictate behaviour and can help us understand the difference between the right and wrong paths. Core values also help keep us in check and determine if we are on the right path, while fulfilling our goals by creating a compelling guide. Most businesses have core marketing messages which explain your unique value proposition (UVP) to potential customers. Your Core Message is the big idea you want to share with the world. It captures the emotional core of who you are and what you stand for. Your Core Message isn’t WHAT you do, but WHY you do it. Your core message can indicate what you stand for. We all are unique and have our own core messages. What do you think your core message is?
Page 27 -Every day, we think about things that will take us on the path to success, but the negative thoughts creep in and we begin to doubt ourselves. Our limiting beliefs can paralyse us. How do you deal with your limiting beliefs?

Excerpt from the section of the vision board.
Vision Board: the best way to achieve your goals is to keep them at the top of your mind so that you’re always consciously and subconsciously looking for ways to move closer to them – a vision board is the perfect tool to help you do that. Some people refer to it as a dream board. A vision board is a visual representation of your goals. It can be called your daily reminder or affirmations. A collage of images and texts are displayed on the board. Placing a vision board somewhere you can see it every day, will prompt you to visualise the life you dream of for yourself. Visualisation activates the creative powers of your subconscious mind and programmes your brain to notice available resources. A visible vision board can make a boring routine into an inspiring day because you are motivated to reach your goals. No matter how clear and inspiring your vision is, if you don’t take consistent, regular action to make it a reality, that vision will remain just a dream that exists nowhere else but in your own mind. How to create your vision board :
• Go back to your list of goals and get clarity on what you want to achieve in the next 12 months. 138 • Gather photos from magazines or download from the internet that represent the goals you desire to achieve.
• Put aside some time to cut out the images you need
• Create a collage on a board
• Add text with a powerful affirmation to the board. Don’t beat yourself up if you are not satisfied with the outcome. You can change images on your vision board or redo if you need to. To make your visualisation practice even more powerful, I will share this checklist from Jack Canfield to help you evaluate your vision board’s effectiveness. Checklist
• To make my visualisation practice even more powerful, I put together this checklist to help you evaluate your vision board’s effectiveness.
• My vision board depicts goals and dreams in all areas of my life or in just one specific area that I’d like to focus on.
• The images I choose represent or symbolise the experiences, feelings, and possessions I want to attract into my life on my board.
They are more tips for creating your vision board and prompters to guide you to goal-setting and creative visualisation. We will be hosting a vision board tea party in January. A virtual edition and in person for a limited number of people and if you are interested WhatsApp 6848129. I encourage you to get your copy of this journal at a special price on Amazon for the holidays. You can also give it to someone for Christmas or the new year. May you push through adversities and think sizes bigger for 2022 and beyond. I promise you if you need my help, I will be here because we are in this together as we continue this beautiful journey called Life BEYOND THE RUNWAY.
