RANDOLPH Matthews called “Paco” was, on Tuesday, remanded to prison, having been accused of the murder of Isaac called “Scott”.

Matthews, 57, of Ulverston Village Corentyne, Berbice, appeared, via Skype, before Magistrate Alex Moore at the Springlands Magistrate’s Court.

He was charged for the capital offence of murder under the common law according to Section 103 (c) of the Criminal Law Offence Act Chapter 8:01.

Magistrate Moore remanded Matthew to prison until December 20. The case was transferred to the Whim Magistrate’s Court.
