WHY is Desmond Trotman behaving like a born again PNC acolyte. He is supposed to be the WPA representative on GECOM. Hello! Has Trotman got the memo that the WPA has withdrawn from APNU. He, along with Vincent Alexander walked out of the recent GECOM meeting effectively depriving it of a quorum.
