GUYANA’S emerging multi-dimensional economy will require a much more robust public affairs regime; as such, in addition to the vast array of individual study opportunities through President Dr. Irfaan Ali’s flagship GOAL scholarship platform, aggressive, multifaceted upskilling and capacity-building programmes for media practitioners and new recruits across the state media spectrum are being undertaken.

On Friday, the first of six training programmes began with an ‘Introduction to Communication.’’
