Farmsup supports flood-relief efforts

MONIQUE Tiwari, Marketing Coordinator of Farmsup, has presented one JMC Motor Lorry and a cheque for $500,000 to Captain Michael Andrews of the Civil Defence Commission (CDC) to support the countrywide flood relief efforts. According to a release, Tiwari said the company was happy to give back to those in need.
“Farmsup is moved by the devastating effects of the flooding caused across Guyana. We are happy as always to contribute and help make a difference by lending support to the communities in need,” she said. The company said the donation last Friday will aid the national flood relief efforts being coordinated by the CDC.
Also last Friday, during a simple handing over at the Office of General Equipment Guyana Limited, S15 Plantation Houston, Georgetown, Tiwari, Marketing Coordinator of Genequip presented a cheque for $500,000 to Captain Michael Andrews of the CDC to support the flood relief efforts, countrywide.
The company’s donation of $500,000 will also aid the national flood relief efforts being coordinated by the CDC.
