MINISTER of Health, Dr Frank Anthony (at left), received an honorary Seventh Dan Black Belt yesterday from Chief Instructor of the International Karate Daigaku and President of the Caribbean Karate College, Frank Woon-A-Tai.
The presentation was made in his office and was attended by several senior members of the karate fraternity.
As Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport in the previous PPPC Government, Dr Anthony was instrumental in aiding the development of the sport.
