THE Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC), in an effort to clear up its membership concerns and ensure that all members are in keeping with its Constitution, has listed all members dating back to 2018 to be present, and those who are invited to a General Members Meeting on Sunday April 11, at 16:00hrs at the MSC pavilion.
Interestingly, the MSC has been identified by the Government of Guyana as one of three venues to be multipurpose facilities in Guyana, while next month, in May the Annual General Meeting and Biennial Elections are due.. However, one of the challenges facing the MSC Management Committee is that most of those members cannot be reached, since no contact number, email or postal address can be found for them. In light of this, efforts are being made to contact those members so that information with regard to meetings and plans for the Club can be given to all members. As such those known and listed members according to the records with the MSC are asked to make contact with either Mr Joseph Chapman, the General Secretary on 621-1643, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer Mr Norris King on 699-0200 or Treasurer Ms Kelly Quow 672-6438 or at her office at Thom’s Building on Republic Avenue, Mackenzie. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to be advised about their financial status with the MSC.
