RAMPERTAB Ramnauth, Seon Glasgow, Nigel Deodat and others were recently named following the Berbice Cricket Board’s (BCB) shortlisting of 29 players for its preparation ahead of the 2021 domestic season. The aforementioned players, along with numerous other talented stars from the Ancient County, will continue staking a claim for spots in the Berbice Under-19 team; following a couple trial games held recently. With one more trial run left, players will follow that up with a mini-camp which will further help to identify the final crop who will then represent Berbice at the Inter-county level. Among the favourites, Ramnauth has to be right up there as one earmarked for great things in the future. He lit up the Dave’s West Indies
