THE Rights of the Child Commission (RCC) is extremely distressed and shocked at the recent brutal murders of three young men, two of whom are children. Their deaths are deserving of the strongest condemnation.  The RCC also expresses its heartfelt condolences to the grieving parents, family members and friends of Joel and Isaiah Henry, and Haresh Singh.

We anticipate the results of a thorough investigation into these very gruesome murders, with the processes of the judicial system dictating the course in the prosecution of all alleged perpetrators.
