Dead: Lunisa Peters

THE autopsy on the remains of Lunisa Peters, 24, of Supenaam Village has revealed that she died as a result of multiple incised wounds to the body. The post mortem was conducted on Saturday 12, at the Suddie Mortuary, by government pathologist, Dr. Nehaul Singh.
Peters tragically lost her life on September 9 after her ex-boyfriend hauled her by her hair in the washroom and took a knife and dealt her several stabs about her body. A rolling pin was also used to hit her about the body. She had shared a five-year relationship with the 41-year-old alleged murderer from Golden Fleece Village.

According to Meg Matthews, the aunt of the deceased, Peters was warned several times to stay away from the ex-boyfriend. He had also threatened her many times. It is alleged that Peters was having another relationship with an overseas guy who called her the same time her ex-boyfriend was at her home. He heard the male voice and became angry and killed the 24-year-old woman.

The ex-boyfriend remains in custody and is expected to be charged for Peters’ murder.
