Dear Editor,
THERE is video circulating of some form of occult engagement on one DJ Magnum, wherein the occult performer is seen taking out a snake from the individual.
In that video, images of Hindu dieties can be seen; more clearly the image of Goddess Lakshmi. I take utter umbrage of this, and vehemently condemn the presence of the Goddess’s benign image in the video.
Goddess Lakshmi, in the Hindu teachings, represents all the noble qualities of God, such as purity, light, wisdom, humility, prosperity and the likes.
It is these kinds of activities which misrepresent Hinduism in the eyes of the ignorant, and for which the Hindu endures much abuse and criticism.
Everyone is free to practise any types of beliefs, but they must do so without dragging the sublime and great Hindu ideals into their occult.
I call on all Hindus and all right-thinking people to condemn this act of misrepresenting our glorious Sanatan Dharma!
Yours Sincerely,
Pt. Charranlall Nandalall
