Suriname President, Foreign Minister to attend President Ali’s inauguration

THE President of the Republic of Suriname, Mr. Chandrikapersad Santokhi, and his Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business, and International Politics, Mr. Albert Ramdin, will attend today’s inauguration of His Excellency, Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
This is according to a press release from the Department of Public Information.

President Santokhi will be in Guyana for 24 hours. Subsequent to the Inauguration Ceremony, President Ali will have bilateral discussions with the Suriname President and his delegation.
Further, a Special Envoy from the Prime Minister of Barbados, Hon. Mia Mottley, will be attending the Inauguration Ceremony.
