Nothing untoward at Ministry of Indigenous Peoples Affairs

Dear Editor,
THE Ministry of Indigenous Peoples Affairs wishes to advise the public to be mindful of a post circulating on Social Media purporting that items were on Wednesday morning being removed from the Ministry’s Thomas and Quamina Streets Head Office.

These claims are nothing but mischievous, and aimed at causing disquiet at this time.
Four office chairs and sport gear were being transported to the Ministry’s Stores, located at the Indigenous Residence on Princess Street after being verified and entered into the asset register.

Please note that the work of the Ministry will continue.

Regards,
Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs
