TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Duain Bowen of Lamaha Gardens, Georgetown, appeared on Monday before Magistrate Clive Nurse in Court Seven of the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts, charged with careless driving.

Bowen was found guilty and was fined $40,000.
The court was told that on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, Bowen drove his vehicle HC 5777 along Canje Street in a careless manner.
