THERE were big wins for the female teams of New Campbellville and Dolphin in the latest round of action in the ExxonMobil U-14 Schools Football tournament which continued yesterday.

In the opening game of the day, Ann’s Grove won via walkover from Richard Ishmael while Dolphin won their first game of the day against Annandale.

In game three, New Campbellville steamrolled Uitvlugt 8-0, with Roshana Warren leading the charge in the 8th, 22nd, 35th, 38th and 40th minutes. Grace Miller in the 6th, Nuella Haynes in the 15th and Rayana Benjamin in the 26th all accented the scoreline.
Keithana Mollyneaux’s 23rd minute strike for Tucville cancelled out Michelle Fitter’s 16th minute strike for Lodge as the game ended 1-1.

Charlestown edged East Ruimveldt 3-2 through Daniel Smith’s 24th minute strike after two early goals from Shania Eastman (2nd) and Carletta Ross (3rd). East Ruimveldt had Shaqwana Wright score both their goals in the (17th and 19th).

St Stanislaus College needled St Mary’s 1-0 thanks to Madison Chichester in the 5th while Dolphin’s 5-1 drubbing of Ann’s Grove came through a pair of braces from Akila Smith (19th and 32nd) with Jerica Paris brace (30th and 40th) sandwiching Niomie Williams’ 33rd minute strike. Rennae Wills (16th) scored for Ann’s Grove.

Annandale won via a walkover from Richard Ismael in the final game.
