None of the batsmen reached double figures as the visitors’ 13-year-old bowlers Joshua Persaud-Sooklall, Joash Charles and Vishwanauth Ram accounted for eight of the wickets, which saw Malteenoes collapse for 36 in 16.2 overs.

Isai Throne led MYO with 22 runs before returning to bowl seven quick overs, which resulted in a wicket.

Persaud-Sooklall led the attack with four strikes. The off-spinner, who grabbed two wickets in his first over, finished with 4-5 from three overs.
