THIRTY students of the Aroaima and Hururu Nursery schools accompanied by their teachers and guardians, on Thursday, visited the newly-built Mackenzie Police Station, ‘E’ Division Linden.

The students were given a tour of the various departments at the station. During the tour, the pupils were exposed to first-hand interactions with police officers and engaged in conversations about what happens in the station.

The topics discussed were: the role of the Operations Room, the dos and don’ts of the courtroom and behavioural patterns highlighting those tendencies which most likely would identify the presence of criminal activity.
