LOCAL organisations, businesses and companies have been invited to attend the seventh edition of International Exhibition for Pharma and Healthcare (iPHEX 2019) from 10th – 12th April, 2019, at Helipad Exhibition Ground in Gandhinagar, Gujrat, India.

According to President of the Region Three Chamber of Commerce, Halim Khan, iPHEX 2019 is one of the largest exhibitions of Indian pharmaceutical products and technologies to a global audience.

He explained that the exhibition expects participation from approximately 500 Indian companies.

The identified areas for showcasing, he said, are APIs and Intermediates, Formulations, Excipients and Customs Manufacturing, Bio–Similars, Ayush, Nutraceuticals, Natural Extracts, Diagnostic and Surgicals and Healthcare Services (CROs, Clinical Trials, R&D, Custom Synthesis).

Noting that 700 overseas buyers from focus areas are being invited to participate, Khan noted that iPHEX 2019 will bring together the drugs, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry all under one roof.

“It will offer the industry majors from India and all across the world a great platform to connect and do business. It will provide you with an opportunity to meet new and existing customers actively looking for new suppliers, or looking to assess the current progress of existing projects,” Khan said.

The Region Three Chamber President added that the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil), the agency set up by India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry, is to promote the export of pharmaceuticals and health-care products and services from the sub-continent.

He also explained that full airfares and accommodation can be considered for new applicants selected on the basis of the company profile and business prospects. Pharmexcil can cover partial economy air fare.
