THE S&L Electrical Agency of Georgetown has made a timely, undisclosed cash donation to the Net Rockers Football Club of Linden, who are currently participating in the 6th annual GT Beer Christmas football championship, being staged by the Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA) at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground.

The donation was made to the Net Rockers Football Club coach, Eon ‘Axeman’ Wills, by owner of the S & L Electrical Store, Ms Pemberton.

Net Rockers won their opening game defeating Silver Shattas 4-0 and need another win tomorrow night when they face Blueberry Hill to secure a final-four berth.

The coach noted that “S&L has been a long-time committed sponsor of Net Rockers and “extends gratitude for the continued support and contribution towards the club”.
