Aruba, Jamaica, Mexico keep winning in CONCACAF U-20

GROUP B of the 2018 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship football resumed on Sunday with Aruba, Jamaica and Mexico all posting decisive wins.

Aruba earned their first-ever CU20 triumph by topping Grenada 3-0, thanks to goals from Keano Maduro (1st), Glenbert Croes (6th) and a Chad Phillip own goal (45th).

Jamaica were equally impressive in their 3-0 win against Nicaragua. A Tevin Rochester goal in the third minute of first half stoppage time kick-started the Reggae Boyz attack, which was then boosted by goals from Jamoi Topey (75th) and Nicque Daley (90+1minutes).

Mexico rounded out the day in Group B with a decisive 4-0 win against Saint Martin.
El Triclor enjoyed a quick start and held a 3-0 lead by the half-hour mark, thanks to a brace from Gilberto Sepulveda (5th, 25th) and a Jose Juan Macias score (20th), before Edgar Lopez’s goal in the 47th sealed another three points.
