A 21-year -old man was fatally stabbed in North Sophia in the city on Tuesday morning after he allegedly attempted to snatch a caged-bird from its owner.

Dead is Shelton Jordan of West La Penitence , Georgetown. Reports are that during an early morning attack on the owner of the bird , Jordan , called “Skull Top” and “Mad Dog” , sustained two stab wounds. He died shortly after.

Police are investigating the incident.
