FOUR children from the Hope Children’s Home at Enmore recently paid a courtesy call on Managing Director of Farfan & Mendes, Mr. Andrew Mendes to personally thank him for what he has done for the institution.

They did so by way of a letter, thanking him and the company by extension for providing the Home with a 3.1 kW solar-powered system to help it generate its own electricity whenever the need arises.

The Hope Children’s Home, which is located on the East Coast, provides a shelter for more than 40 children.

The solar-generation project was funded in part by the International Committee of the Rotary Club of Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,USA, with additional contributions from Dr. Rebecca Anwar and Farfan & Mendes Limited.
