CABINET has approved new members for the Guyana Prison Service Management Board for the period February 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019.

Minister of State Joseph Harmon told reporters on Friday that the new board is headed by Dr Melissa Ifill. Other members are Gladwin Samuels, Kim Kyte-Thomas, Geeta Chandan-Edmond, Diana Khan, Daniella Mc Calmon, Sylvia Conway, Captain Gerald Gouveia, Rabindra K Chand, Mahendra Takoordat, Deodatt Tillack, Shireen Andrews.

This is not the first year that Dr Ifill has served as head of the Prison Service Management Board.
