RISING tennis star Sachia Vickery wrapped up her five-day stay in Guyana yesterday; but before leaving for her Hollywood, Florida home, the 22-year-old made a donation of tennis gear and other items to up-coming players, at the GBTI Tennis Courts in Bel Air, Georgetown.

Vickery, born to Guyanese parents, made a courtesy call on Minister of Social Cohesion, Dr George Norton, and also met with president of the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) K. Juman Yassin.

She has signalled her intentions to represent Guyana at the Olympic Games and other international tournaments.
