PROJECT Development Consultancy (PDC) in collaboration with Cerulean Inc. has launched a biennial service quality survey in Guyana using SMS text technology and social media.
The survey enables customers to provide immediate feedback about their experiences through text messaging.
This text survey is a response to the dearth of information regarding service quality delivery and customer satisfaction for decision-making in Guyana.
Customers received a direct text from Digicel on November 16 and can access the survey by clicking on this link http://sqguyana.questionpro.com
“Our service quality training has always been a response to the levels of customer service within the various industries in Guyana and the Caribbean, and so our collaboration with PDC is most fitting and timely. We think that customers will be free with information about their experiences… the survey is simple and user friendly,” said Cerulean Inc. Managing Director, Lyndell Danzie-Black.
PDC will monitor the feedback continuously and analyse the data to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
“Research is the foundation behind strategic decision-making. We must attempt to uncover the perceptions of consumers in Guyana in an effort to improve service quality” PDC Managing Director Anije Lambert said.
