THE Eccles/Ramsburg, East Bank Demerara Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC) has announced the completion and reopening of the access bridge at Yubani Avenue, Eccles and Industrial Site Road at a cost of $11M.
The NDC said they have recognised the importance of the Yubani Avenue, Eccles and Industrial Site Access Bridge to the large number of commuters, however, they did not anticipate such a long period for the construction.
Meanwhile, commuters and motorists are asked to use the newly built bridge with care and caution at all times.
The NDC said works were executed by L.G.S Barnes Contracting Services at a cost of $11M.
